'Working with Career Compass has been an amazing experience as I have been able to support and give guidance to young individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and communities. It is really important to broaden the horizon of young people especially as they approach critical decision points in their life such as deciding if university is right for them or what career paths are out there. I am very passionate about supporting young individuals in achieving more and breaking down perceived barriers - that is why I work with Career Compass as that is at the heart of what they do.'

'We were delighted to work with Career Compass. Two aims of our social value strategy are supporting the diversification of the property industry, and facilitating skills development, and Career Compass gave us a great route to explore both of these with local young people, whilst engaging our colleagues in the process. Our first industry overview session went really well, and we look forward to repeating it with more young people.'

'Having an opportunity to serve next generation is a pure pleasure. I’m grateful to Career Compass for having trust in me and allow to share my experience, challenges, joys and motivations of working in the corporate world. Success is about understanding individual strengths, areas to improve, and right mentorship to help with direction. My purpose is to empower, give a toolkit and I am sure next generation of financiers will be able to achieve the most in their careers.'

Victoria, Senior Investment Manager at Société Générale
